• Measuring and fitting for our front windows

  We had a great experience with 1st Independent Windows earlier this year. Michael was very professional when he came over to measure up the windows and supplied a quote within a couple of days. The quote was much more attractive than any of the larger companies we looked at and we felt we were getting good value for money. Communication throughout was exceptional, Katie was on hand to answer any queries we had and she made the process run smoothly. Finally, our fitter George was brilliant, he was super friendly and finished the job efficiently with great attention to detail. Highly recommend!

  From initial visit to the full installation 1st Indepedent have a been great. Michael was very responsive via email regarding the visit, the quote, and scheduling of the work. Katie was a polite and attentive point of contact that also helped with booking the work, snagging and invoicing. Katie had responded to every email we have sent in a timely manner. Lastly the installer James, was friendly, conscientious and very detail oriented. He was upfront regarding any issues he had and resolved all snags swiftly. Windows and doors look amazing, top workmanship. Highly recommend as a company.

  Michael’s advice and help was spot on. I really appreciated his calm manner and the fact that he listened carefully to what I wanted, never pushing, despite my last minute dithering and changing my mind back and forth. I ultimately went with his suggestions - thankfully! George was our installer and he was great. He was neat, tidy, careful and courteous. He was lovely to have around and did a fantastic job. I couldn’t be more pleased with our new back door
