    We had a non-urgent toilet issue and Ben was excellent from start to finish. He did a site visit and gave us a quote, then was able to undertake the repair within 4 business days. Our toilet is completely fixed - and he was polite, clean, and tidy throughout. I'd definitely recommend Ben, and will be using him again.
