    Ilvan was easy to talk to, listened to our requirements and offered advice too. His team arrived promptly and worked hard to get job done in the two days as promised. The guys were friendly and got on with the job and cleaned up afterwards too. We are more than pleased with the work carried out and would definitely recommend them.

He arrived on time every day and explained the steps and asked where the building materials could be stored to avoid damage to the surrounding garden. The patio looks really nice and the colour of the bricks which he recommended goes well with the house. He was very polite and I highly recommend him.

    In a word excellent. On time on budget and a nothing is a problem attitude. Ilvan reused 1960’s slabs and managed to sort more to finish the job. I am really impressed with the finished job…also installed a large garden pond. Impressive work.
