6.75Verified ReviewI was initially charged for 3 x labour when only two of them arrived. They then couldn’t get one of the windows into my flat. I had highly recommended a site visit and offered to send measurements but was ensured by Sonny that it would not be necessary. Sonny then tried to charge me for extra labour and another days work to come back and install. He proceeded to install a window instead of a door onto my terrace and I was told that it would be fine and I could “just crawl out.” This was fixed but it took a lot of negotiating to not have to pay for their mistakes.
