  • Fridge freezer stop working

    Extremely bad experience, on first day he turned the defrost timer and it started working. Didn’t carried out any other checks. After two days it stopped working again so I called him multiple times and then he said defrost timer is gone and he will order new one. After week he came back to house to fit new timer just to find out that he ordered wrong one. Then I started looking for timer on net and after checking with him I ordered new timer. Again after multiple chasing his colleague came and fitted new one, but that’s not working either.Now he is saying the control board is gone,timer is ok

How much will my appliance repair cost?


We charge a fixed callout and diagnostic charge within a 5 mile radius of our office and outside of 5 miles, we will charge according to the distance.

We visit your property, diagnose the problem with your appliance, and tell you if it needs any parts.

If we need to visit your property more than once, there will be no extra charge for that. Also, in many cases, no parts are required.


What if you can't repair my appliance?


?If you are not happy with the cost of the parts, or if your appliance is beyond economic repair, the charge is only £55 + VAT. This covers our admin costs, the engineer's time, as well as travel costs.
