Lisa got in touch on the Sunday and booked in for the Tuesday after the bank holiday. She was very pleasant and explained what would happen on the day. The two workman arrived in the morning and within twenty minutes had the part replaced (luckily they had the part) & got the washing machine working again.Worked efficiently,very polite and explained payment process and to get in touch if I needed them again. Simple and Easy service from start to finish. Will be using again if I need them.
