    Excellent. Firas came to the site, took all measurements, provided accurate calculations and drawings. I also requested different beam size after initial calculations was done and he gladly provided another drawings and calculations. We've had many follow up questions and he was happy to answer all of them. He was super quick as well and answered the phone promptly. His quote was excellent too.

Structural calculations

Structural calculations are provided for all types of arrangements varying from extensions to new build properties on both residential and commercial properties.

One of our Structural Engineers will meet you in your home, talk to you about your project, take the relevant dimensions and photographs

STRUCTURAL ASSESSMENT

We will make a Structural Assessment of the wall(s) that you want to remove. If it’s (they) are not loadbearing, you will receive a letter from us confirming this.

STRUCTURAL CALCULATIONS

If your wall is loadbearing we will prepare a structural design and structural calculations.
