    Ian arrived promptly; and was very polite, engaging and personable. He quickly diagnosed what the issue was with the barrel in my old front door lock quickly replaced it. Ian also took out the time to correct the issue regarding the misalignment of my patio door. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ian; he is an expert in what he does and is a credit to his profession.

    Ian was extremely quick to respond to our emergency callout - we couldn't access a room in our house as the door latch had disintegrated. He was professional, efficient and personable. We can also supply and install door entry  magnetic and electronic door lock systems
