  We had signs of water damage in our upstairs bedrooms, posted our job on Checkatrade, A and D Home Improvements were quick to respond. Arthur came out to assess the situation, he examined the roof inside and out, clearly explaining what needed to be done and providing evidence of the extent of the damage. The quote received was great and they were able to very quickly begin refelting our roof to make it water tight again. Arthur and his team were always polite, courteous and professional and kept us well informed of the progress throughout. We would definitely use them again. Thank you!

  Arthur was great, explained what he was going to do. Showed me more damaged tiles that needed more mortar and gave me options of what to do. Didn’t feel pushed to go with him. Did a great job in a timely manner (marked 9 for tidiness only because some mortar dropped on the car). Thanks Arthur for the great work
