• Garden Fence panel replacement

  Whilst Andrew and his workers were at my property doing some guttering work, I casually mentioned that the 5 panels on my garden fence could do with replacing. Shortly afterwards I discussed and agreed the cost of replacing the panels with Andrew. Within an hour or so I was surprised to see 5 replacement panels being bought on to my rear garden and it was a straight forward case of out with the old and in with the new in no time. I was very impressed with how quickly from discussing the condition of the fence panels to their replacement.

  Andy and his colleague worked effectively and efficiently when applying gable end covers to our property. Even more impressive was that when storm damage occurred whilst we were away on holiday, he took the trouble to make the repairs without being asked. Excellent all round service. many thanks indeed.

• Roof guttering inspection and cleaning

  Dirty overflow marks on guttering and lumps of soil on ground under the gutters. Andrew of A&J Improvements called and was asked for a quote. Due to dirty water marks on fascia behind guttering, Andrew offered to check the roofing felt on the bottom row of roof tiles first before giving his quote as he was concerned as to its condition. Andrew was professional and reassuring in his observation and reccomended remedial work. At all times Andrew was friendly and helpful, showing me the problem by taking photographs. I've no hesitation in calling Andrew to deal with any future issues I may have.

• Quick turnaround

  We contacted Andy and he visited on a Friday. Andy then came on Monday to complete the job. We had work done on our loft and realised we had a leak. Andy was able to patch up areas where he had holes and also cleaned our guttering. Thank you to Andy for a speedy turnaround !
