    Carl responded quickly but recommended using a qualified electrician instead. He referred us to Leon Haswell who did a perfect job within 36 hours.

    Carl came promptly to repair our machine. The repair was unsuccessful (not his fault) and he came back on a Saturday and tried to resolve it, in the end we replaced the machine, again he came out as soon as it was delivered, plumbed it in and removed the old one. His service went above and beyond.

    Carl assessed my washing machine, clearly showing & informing me that my machine could not be repaired. He then sourced a new machine, fitted it & took the old machine away. My first contact with Carl was Friday & he fitted the machine on the Tues.
