• Boiler replacement and new radiators

  Andy and the team have been looking after our boiler for last seven years. This time unfortunately the old boiler couldn't be repaired after a few attempts. The girls in the office were quick to sort out dates as soon as possible as a family of four, 2 teenage girls can't do without hot water for too long! Came when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently , was friendly and tidy. Replaced boiler on one day and 7 radistors another day. Completed the job over 2 days. Would definately recommend.

• Bathroom refit

  Andy and the team created a great bespoke bathroom to fit our tiny bathroom space. Nothing was too much trouble and he accommodated some additional jobs for us (we replaced a radiator) whilst working on the bathroom. All of the tradesmen in the team without exception were polite, tidy and completed the work to a high standard. As with any refit there were a couple of adjustments to our order and a faulty part that had to be replaced, but Andy sorted all of the ordering / returns and made every effort to rectify the faulty part as quickly as possible.

• New boiler

  We moved into a new property and when sorting out boiler insurance British Gas came and disconnected our boiler as it was deemed unsafe, leaving us with no hot water or heating. They quoted us £3800 to supply and fit and said it would probably be over a week before they could do the work. I rang around and came across A beck who gave us the best quote and they came within 3 days. From start to finish they were professional, friendly and left the area clean and tidy. Very happy with the work carried out and will continue to use their services going forward.

• New Boiler and System flush

  Andy has been servicing my boiler for years. Earlier this month I experienced a few issues so, also taking into account the age, I subsequently decided to go for a new one. Curtis (Andy’s colleague) arrived on time, fitted the new boiler, disposed of the old and performed a system flush in parallel. Really neat, tidy and professional job. Can’t recommend enough….Certainly have a customer for life in me!! 5* all the way.

  They were prompt and efficient. The install went very well and their install engineer, Simon was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. He kept us informed and asked relevant questions about the install as the day went along. My wife and I are very pleased with the service we received. Thank you.
