On time as usual, clean and tidy service as usual. Needed new parts under guarantee so the service engineer contacted the boiler manufacturer and all is arranged for tomorrow. MANY THANKS!

Replace valve to increase water pressure

I asked Ability to look at our hot water system as we have very low pressure. I thought we would need a pump but the engineer, Chris, suggested replacing a valve first and making a few alterations. This was done yesterday and it has made an amazing difference. For a fraction of the cost and disruption having a pump would involve Really pleased
