  From the first phone call Paul was very helpful. Within a few days he'd been round to assess the job so he could work out an estimate. That soon followed and he began the work shortly afterwards. He completed the work in 2 days and just a brief visit on the third day to finish off a couple of small bits.

  Paul provided an honest and reasonable quote for repairing two leaking lead valleys running down either side of our conservatory. He provided first a verbal then a written quote by email, came and did the job when he said he would for the stated price. He did so with good humour and courtesy and provided much additional advice. In a world of unscrupulous 'roofers' he was a revelation and I can't recommend him more highly. He is 'Ronseal' - he does exactly what it says on the tin. Thank you Paul - it was a pleasure working with you.

• An absolute diamond!

  Paul came out to quote us for a repair to our roof after we found a nest (and had the ok to get it removed). Paul arrived as agreed, was friendly, knowledgeable and refreshingly honest with us - he was the first person to say it was very unlikely to be a birds nest and we didn’t need a large portion of the roof replaced. Everything he described matched what we had been hearing from the roof. It was very reassuring. He recommended a small piece of work and completed this quickly for us, leaving no mess, communicating well with us and showing photos of the before and after. Very, very happy.
