  • Blocked Drainage

    We used Mark and the team from the Academy of Maintenance for a blockage in our house that was overflowing from the toilet into the shower etc, we was in a right mess. Mark was on sight within 2hrs to correct the problem, he had to use multiple pieces of equipment in order to get at the issue. Overall he done a fantastic job in a very short amount of time. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mark and the gang at Academy of Maintenance. It was a A1 service.

  • Pipe leak under the bath

    Mark was wonderful. I found a leak under my bath 2 days before Christmas. I contacted him on 27th, he came right away to check the issue, came back the day after and it was all fixed. Required lifted tiles and cutting the wall. Everything was done to high standards with minimum damage considering the scope of the work. Mark was very pleasant, explained what needed to happen at each step which made me feel very reassured. Highly recommended!

    Mark the plumber arrived and had a good look around and found no leaks I had replaced the hot water cylinder jacket a couple of days before I just needed reassuring that it was not a leak but condensation he was very thorough and a really nice guy I would recommend him
