  From time of planning Kevin was informative and listened to my requirements and provided the best solution. There was a slight issue, but his determination to correct it and go the extra mile has been excellent. The installation team were pleasant, tidy and demonstrated how to use the ladder. Really pleased with the work. Definitely worth looking at this company, based on great workmanship, professional and lifetime guarantee.

  We only required the replacement of a loft hatch catch which had become unsafe but I was very pleased with the job. The work was quickly completed on the day promised and any mess cleared up. We were also provided with a new pole to fit the catch.

  The company surveyed the loft and produced a quote. The survey was very helpful. The work was done as promised within less than 2 weeks and took a bit less than a day. We went for the wooden ladder recommended during the survey and it works a dream. We are very happy with the company and their work!

  We are absolutely thrilled with the work carried out from start to finish. We received a quote which they sent exactly when they said they would. We didn’t have to do any chasing which was amazing. The workman arrived on time and worked so hard. He was really polite and cleaned up after himself. He went above and beyond and even highlight a few things which we didn’t realise and gave us good safety advice too. His work was really tidy and to such a high standard. He was professional and I would highly recommend to friends and family. We will definitely be using again for any other work.
