0Verified ReviewA terrible company. They installed a fire alarm in my commercial venue that fails to meet the correct regulations. When questioned over it they have refused to say why the have put a system that is for small domestic premise into a large commercial property. They now refuse to service it. They also 'locked' an intruder alarm, they installed, with their own engineer's code so that we can't get anyone else to service it. I made a terrible mistake using Action Alarms - never again!
