  First rate service. Hugh communicated clearly the proposed works to be done and kept me informed as the job progressed. Both he and his apprentice were polite and very professional. His work was done to a high standard and the area was left tidy afterwards. I would definately recommend his service to others and would happily use him again for future roofing work.

• Self Levelling rubber repair to flat roof

  Job entailed the lifting of rubber roof tiles, then the existing felt roofing was coated with self levelling rubber and the tiles replaced. The tile replacement was a first for him but he got there eventually! The only point of contention,which I also mentioned to Hugh, was that he failed to turn up to complete the job several times, I told him that this would'nt be a problem normally if only he kept his customers informed, he accepted this and took it on board.
