10Verified ReviewAn excellent experience with Active Services. I requested Damp Surveys for my house and later, for my garage. I received firm dates and times for both surveys. The Surveyor arrived on time and carried out both Surveys efficiently, keeping me informed about the problems and the solutions to them. Throughout, he was approachable and courteous. For both Surveys, I duly received a comprehensive report detailing the observations and any recommendations. I would confidently recommend Active Services to anyone requiring Survey work in the event of building problems.

10Verified ReviewTo resolve penetrating damp issues; plaster, plasterboard, stud wall removed and disposed of. Waterproof slurry applied, then waterproof membrane installed to the entire wall. The wall was made good to a high quality finish, ready for decoration. During the job they found that the timber lintels were rotten so these were replaced too. Unexpected cost, but they were very reasonable with negotiating the extra costs, and still completed the work on-time! Kev was very polite, friendly, clean and tidy - frequently showing & explaining everything to me at each stage of the work. Highly recommend
