Installing complete new Tado heating system

From the start Adam was polite, professional and friendly. He came to assess the work required and gave sound advice. He purchased all the Tado accessories and when it came to installing them (together with fitting the required radiator valves, he did a great job, and set up the Tado app on my phone. I’m delighted with the work done and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Adam to install your Tado smart system.

Adam and Rip tide were fantastic from start to finish. Adam recommended we work with a bathroom designer, then was instrumental in communication with the suppliers to ensure we got the best value products to fit our requirements. We moved out of the house to speed up the process. And although a few issues came up in the early stages, Adam kept in constant communication ensuring we were aware and made and solved the problems hoe we wanted. The end product was stunning and they left the house in a fantastic condition. Thank you Adam and the Rip Tide team!

Hi, Fully qualified gas/heating and plumbing engineer.

Adam here, originally started as a plumbers apprentice, where gradually I worked up to go through a gas apprenticeship with British Gas, have been a fully qualified heating/gas engineer for 15 years. A plumbing since leaving school. We offer a professional service and feel customer service is high priority, whether a leaking tap, full bathroom! Heating issue, boiler installations, LPG or natural gas, we are able to help. Air source, or any renewable heating including underfloor. We cover it all. Full bathrooms and boilers!
