    It was a pleasure to deal with Adam from start to finish. His communication was exceptional. He offered advice where it was needed, and was accommodating with dates for the work to take place. In person, he was punctual and friendly, and clearly explained any queries that I had (despite probably answering the same questions multiple times every week!). The work was completed without fuss in the time stated, and the site was left clean and tidy. Quite simply, the experience was faultless.
