    Alex phoned on the day to inform us that he would be later than expected and asked if that was ok. Very polite and helpful. Very tidy, left the bathroom and stairs clean and tidy. Alex kept us informed of the situation as the bath panel is an unusual size. The panel he replaced is very tidy and well placed.
