    Sadly had to have new locks because of a burglary. Ben changed all the locks as recommended by the police. He also did additional work. Ben is very polite kind and considerate Would highly recommend him

    Excellent. I rang Ben at 11pm after locking myself out. He had me send pictures of the lock, quoted a price, came and opened the door without fuss or damage, all within half an hour. He wasn’t cheap, but I called two other companies that looked cheaper and they never replied or got back to me so a cheaper option that doesn’t turn up is not worth the call! At that time of night he wanted paying upfront, which I hesitated about, but he was highly rated on checkatrade so I went ahead, and I’m glad I did because he was excellent — my only regret is that I didn’t call him first!

    I lost my key. Ben came out within 20 minutes and picked my lock quickly with no damage. He then replaced my lock with 5 keys. Very friendly and a great price. Definitely recommend.
