An absolute joke of a company - avoid at all cost!
0Verified ReviewAdmiral fitted a costly 5-camera CCTV system. It's extremely unreliable and fails regularly. Getting them to fix it takes months, they constantly argue about trivia, last time it failed, they came out several months later and when it failed again said that the work was only covered for 4 days quote ... if "it went wrong 4 days later we would come out and take a look....". They've sent duplicate invoices to get me to pay bills twice and this year they even sent me a bill for a contract I hadn't agreed to and then sent me a threatening solicitors letter for a contract that didn't exist! Avoid!!

10Verified ReviewWe have been with Admiral for over 11yrs across two homes. We have always had an excellent service but I’ve never taken the time to write a review. I thought it’s about time I wrote a review. Today we had an engineer repair a faulty bell box. Sometimes (rarely) things just need replacing, technology being technology! The engineer attended replaced the box free of charge as it was still within warranty and did a full service and check of every sensor. He updated the software and was incredibly thorough. He took time and care and explained everything
