    The young lads who did the work were well-mannered but I was concerned about my safety around some of their practices. When the scaffolding went it revealed a big gap (approx 6 ins) between my tiles and my neighbours’, with mortar visible. I complained to Jordan but was brushed off. Emails, calls and messages are ignored. My neighbours told me two of the young lads then came to my home while I was out and let themselves into my back garden without permission. I asked Jordan to explain but I have received no reply. After hurrying me for payment, I am still waiting for the receipt he promised.

  • Chimney stack taken down and roof leak.

    Jordan and his workers did a good job on removing my chimney stack but the roof leak wasn't fixed to a good standard and they actually made the problem worse. Multiple times trying to contact them to remedy the problem has been met with silence and messages go unanswered. Had to employ another roofer to fix the problem in the end.
