9.5Did an excellent job speedily and checked its effectiveness.
Location: S63To replace a roof tile that was lying in the gutter.
3Verified ReviewThe company quoted £80-£120 to replace the tile which was approx 6”x6” in size. On the arrival of 2 men one shot up a ladder and started removing tiles and the other spoke to me. I was told that there was a hole in the felt and that a new piece of felt was required. The job would now cost you £600! I was very shocked and no breakdown of this charge was given. At no time was I quoted a higher price - it will be £600!!! I was harassed by the man and I was shocked by his mannerisms! 7 nails were left on the area and a damaged tile with a sharp edge was left in the garage - not the original!
