The Engineers turned up on time, were respectful of my property and explained what was happening as they went. Very thorough and identified a couple of small issues to be followed up under warranty. Before considering a heat pump your home must have adequate insulation such as Loft and Cavity wall insulation to reduce heat loss from your home.
In many instances we advise underfloor heating to maximise from the heat gained from heat pumps.
If you are considering a heat pump you will need an up to date Energy performance certificate.
