  From quote to work carried out Olly explained clearly the process and answered any questions we had through the process. Even doing additional work for us free of charge as a kind gesture. No issues throughout honest and on time throughout the whole job. High standard of work, very happy, highly recommend. Although additional work not known prior to starting was found - no additional charge was added. Extremely happy and will be using for all jobs from now on.

• Replacement of ball valve in cold water tank and replacement of stop cock on incoming supply.

  The initial problem was loud humming in the cold water pipe made worse as the tank was filling. After changing the ball valve the problem hadn't gone and was then diagnosed as being a problem with the stop cock on the incoming water main. The part was original to the house - some 55 years old - and had begun to weep. The stop cock was replaced and all is now well. Olly, the plumber, was punctual, extremely personable and clearly on top of his profession. All the work was carried out with minimum disruption and everything was explained clearly. The price was less than I had expected. Excellent
