  I live in a ground floor flat but the roof was leaking and causing damage to the upstairs flat , in time it would have caused many problems, Simon initially came to the property to do a quote, all landlords were happy !! He did a great job, very officiant, very tidy and considerate to noise ect, will recommend his firm highly !!

  Simon and his team did an excellent job on my property, reacted quickly to my emergency situation and gave a very reasonable quote. Simon was able to quickly establish where the problem was and fixed it immediately. I really appreciated that Simon didn’t try to make the problem sound bigger and only focused on what needed to be repaired to minimise the cost. This was very refreshing as I have had some very bad previous experience with other roofing companies. He and his team were very friendly and professional throughout. I can highly recommend his services.

  Simon and team did a great job fitting us in last minute before Christmas. There was a small issue with one of the gutter joins but Simon popped back out to resolve and made sure it was all sorted.

  Simon visited the property to quote and ended up performing the works during the same visit. AFL managed to access my property using just ladders, all other roofing companies I had contacted insisted on use of scaffolding which meant their quotes where 3-4 times more expensive. Simon and his team carried out the works quickly and efficiently.
