  A large proportion of the electricity circuit failed at my home. As my usual electrician was away on holiday, I turned to Checkatrade for help. Andy of AGC Electrical answered my call, and in spite of not knowing me at all and not being free to visit, spent valuable time explaining to me the probable cause and how to fix it. I was able to narrow the problem down to one appliance and restore electricity to the rest of my home. I thought it was exceptionally kind of Andy to help me in this way and am most grateful to him.
