  • Replacement of oven heating element

    Graham was prompt in responding to my initial approach (he called me back several times due to me missing his calls), and we arranged for the repair to be carried out the following day if I was available. He was very flexible around my work commitments, and when he arrived to carry out the work did it very quickly and tidily, leaving no mess. I work in engineering, and recognise competence when I see it - Graham gave me a lot of confidence. The cost was also less than I had expected - extremely reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a repair to be undertaken.

    These were two much trickier jobs than maybe it sounds and required 2 visits - taking the oven door away and taking the dishwasher to pieces. Mr AGW dealt with both problems competently and I thought his charges very reasonable. I would recommend him and definitely use him again for any electric appliance problems.
