  Slight 'hiccup' In not being able to start on the planned work date, but came the very next day following an apologetic e-mail from the evening before, which I accepted. It's not overly unusual in this trade for things to over run. Both builders were very polite and having a professional attitude towards me as the customer and to the work in hand. They arrived with all appropriate equipment and got on with the job and completed it in good time. They are clearly experienced and with good knowledge/skills. They also cleaned up after to a good standard. I am satisfied with the finished job.

  We have recently completed a major renovation on our home. I over the last 18 months have come into contact with numerous trades; I have to admit Ben and Ellis were probably the easiest and stress free trades to date. I would defiantly recommend them. They completed roof repairs, repointing and brick slips at our property- not an easy job. They were both very professional and proactive and most importantly provide a high standard of finish, and great communication skills. Overall, top professional job complete, I’m sure these lads will go far!
