A site visit was organised within 24 hrs of our initial call, Jim came out and surveyed the job, he was very knowledgeable, advised and did not high pressure sell. We had a written quote within 24hrs, the job was done in less than a week by a brilliant team who left the job site cleaner than when they started. We also we were emailed a consignment note and transfer note once the job was finished. VERY impressed with every aspect of the job, competent and from my point of view stress free
