    Andy replied very quickly after I went onto the check a trade website and asked me a couple of questions. Gave me an idea of price on what he thought it was and came out the next day on time !!! Repair was done quickly with no mess etc and the price quoted was the price it was as he predicted the problem correctly. Would recommend Andy to anyone and I will be passing his details to family, friends and work colleagues !!! Thanks very much

    Our front door lock suddenly stopped working. Andy came out the same day, recommended a new lock, which he fitted and he was able to cut extra keys for us, which was really useful. Excellent service, great to deal with, would recommend.

    It was Saturday afternoon. UPVC door handle broke off. Telephoned AJK Locks. They told me when to expect help. Kept in touch by phone. Arrived early. Immediately replaced door handle assembly and adjusted where lock tenons enter door jamb sockets. Tidy, clean work by excellent tradesman. He then examined and tried to deal with an antique door lock on another door and made it work but was not happy with it and has since contacted me to say he has contacted the manufacturer to see if they can help. Knowledgeable and skilled locksmith.
