• Window fitting

  Ardit and his team completed a job for me very quickly, without compromising on the quality/finish. They blocked off an attic window and extended the size of an existing window. Ardit happily consulted me beforehand, suggesting that it would make more sense to have one window instead of two, which had turned out to be exceptional advice. Not only does this suit the size of the room, but it also saved me from purchasing an extra window. One more important thing to add would be that he was very tidy and cleaned up after the job was finished.

• Bathroom and Kitchen Renovation

  AK Construction completed the renovation of our kitchen and bathroom in our flat. Ardit and his team are passionate perfectionists with their work and completed each job beautifully. During the whole process, Ardit was always in communication and let us know the progress of the works everyday. Ardit offered excellent advice and was very adaptable when small problems needed fixing. We are beyond impressed and grateful for AK Constructions work.

• Loft conversion

  We had a small loft conversion with AK Constructions as they did our neighbour's flat very well. Our attic was very small and the high skill was required to install the velux rooflight without scaffolding. Particularly, we wanted to get the building works done during our holiday which was 2weeks. We handed over the house to Ardit and they finished all of the building works before we returned. So when we got home everything we discussed were done and we were very happy. While we were away, we had videos calls to see the progress and Ardit was kindly did everythig what I asked. I am very h

• Loft conversion

  Ardit and his team built our loft conversion and carried out some additional building works. Throughout the entire build Ardit and his team have worked relentlessly hard and to a very high standard. Their timekeeping is reliable, they keep the site tidy and are always polite. Ardit is very knowledgeable and will go to great lengths to ensure the job is done well. We will definitely use Ardit again in the future and gladly recommend him to others.   Ardit and his team were very polite, professional and diligent in their work. They were on time every morning and worked hard throughout the day to get the job done. Our neighbours were very impressed! Ardit went above and beyond of what was expected and helped source materials, and offered good advice when needed. The job was completed to a high standard and we are very happy with the outcome. Along the way we encountered some issues which delayed work, but Ardit and his team have been extremely patient and accommodating. We have already recommended AK and his team to friends and family!
