  Tony's work was excellent all round. He was able to come out quickly and diagnose the problem. He kept me informed throughout, and gave thorough and impartial advice - including advising when more expensive work wasn't necessary. He took the time to talk through the options, and to fix a couple of extra issues seen during the work. Trustworthy, reliable, and obviously experienced in the field. Thank you - would recommend.
