• Error code E15 and boiler not igniting

  Great experience. I created job request and was contaced soon after and following morning engineer arrived. After checking boiler he explained what is what and would be best solution. It was foulty pcb board which i replaced myself. Over the messages Alan reminded me to do reset of boiler to clear error and it started instantly. Alan and his team been very helpful issue been sorted within 2 days. I will come back to them if ever needed. Highly recommend.

  Reasonable price, tidy, competent and polite. All you could ask from any company. I've asked them to service the boiler annually, if that's any indication.

  Brilliant service, boiler malfunctioned Friday and Alan came out on Saturday afternoon with temporary solution and then on Monday to finish the work. Great value for money and a really caring attitude, highly recommended.
