    Alan came to unblock the bath tub. What initially was thought to be a simple job, turned out to be quite complex. He had to use multiple methods (vacuum, drill, acid) through the pipes under the bath. He kept us informed at every stage. He charged a flat rate and was true to his word (he spent over an hour unblocking the pipes.) Alan gave me much needed sound advice regarding dealing with tradespeople, as I had commented on negative experiences (he has been in the trade for over 20 years and super experienced). I felt he really cared, and that I am very grateful for.
