    We had issues with overflow dripping. Joseph attended promptly and efficiently serviced the ballcock in our cold water cistern. This was a tricky job as the loft is not floored and care was required. Also our existing ballcock was very old. Joseph was professional and explained thoroughly every step he was taking to sort our issue. He also took video so we could understand. He was neat, tidy and safe. He ensured we were satisfied before leaving and supplied info if we needed any follow up. Cost was competitive and I would highly recommend his services. Will use again.

    Great company. Joseph was helpful when I first phoned him, answering all my questions. The kitchen tap replacement wasn't an easy job due to the old pipes, but Joseph done a fantastic job and I now have lovely kitchen taps with no dripping. My bathroom taps and shower hose were also replaced, great job. No mess left, very tidy, friendly and explained what they had done. Highly recommended. Thank you guys ... Will definitely be using you again and will recommend to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

    Was able to carry out the work within a couple of days of me calling Joseph and informing him of the issue. Arrived at agreed time and work was carried out in quicker time than he quoted for and problem has been resolved. Very efficient, tidy, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
