  Alan arrived as arranged and very quickly problem solved the source of the leak coming from the shower. In the most hands on competent manner he resolved the issue, purchasing and fitting the relevant parts to return the shower to good use. A nice bloke too!.

  I was recommended Alan by a neighbour and messaged him before Christmas. He said he couldn't attend until 4th January at 09:00 (understandable), an arrangement he kept to on the dot. He knew what the problem was straight away, ordered the part and said he would return the following day. At 08:30, he appeared at the front door, set to work immediately (both jobs) and everything was sorted and tested. His bill was very fair and I paid him on the day. I did notice his mobile pinged several times but he ignored it and got on with the job.

  Needed a new boiler. Was given a quote that listed everything that would need to be done. Turned up on time to do the work and didn't rush the job. Made sure that everything worked and tidied up before leaving.

  Alan fitted a new large WB boiler, installed and configured Hive smart controls, swapped out three radiators for larger double panels and installed and commissioned a new HE gas fire. Alan always turned up when he said, listened to our requests and was neat and tidy. I have no issue reccomending him to new customers or clients and is my goto plumber.
