James and Luke are lovely, kind people who go the extra mile. They’re a brilliant team. They were capable of all aspects of a house build from the structure to the finishing touches.     I had an arrangement with James, whereby he was going to remove and re-hang 6 internal doors. Despite not hearing from him for over 2 weeks, I phoned him 8 times, YES 8 times, asking him to let me know if he was no longer interested. And to date he has still not contacted me!!
