    Darren has been absolutely brilliant bringing my tired rental property back to life. He has redecorated to a high standard throughout, replaced kitchen flooring and splash back tiles, fitted a new bathroom tap and completed numerous ad hoc tasks that have popped up in between - I’m not sure there's anything he can’t turn his hand to! He is prompt, reliable, trustworthy, and has a real ‘can do’ attitude which is so refreshing, and is very reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him - infact, he is coming back again soon to do some additional tasks. Thanks for your hard work Darren.

We are a family run property maintenance company based in Kent with 20 years experience in the industry, whether it's a minor repair job or a large refurbishment project we cover it all. We have been working with a number of Lettings/Estate agents for the past 8 years maintaining and refurbishing a large number of properties all over London and the South East.

We cover all aspects of maintaining properties whether it's a simple repair to a full make over, there isn't anything we can't do.

We pride ourselves on the fact that we are reliable, friendly, trustworthy and produce work to a high standard. All work carried out is insured & guaranteed and no work is undertaken until a price has been agreed beforehand.
