0Verified ReviewWe noticed the window wasn’t put it in straight and there is a gap at one side where it doesn’t overlap the frame. We contacted the company but he advised that it’s an issue with the outside frame (not his work). However, it was never an issue before. We then got two other companies to check it as very frustrated, they advised the hinges should have been replaced like for like (previously 20inch but replaced with 15inch), and a very simple adjustment just needs to be done to the hinges to fix the issue. They advised to go back to the company but he hasn’t got back to us after chasing.
