    John’s quote for replacing a small section of guttering was very high (£450) because he told me the down pipe and box also needed replacing and upgrading. In fact, only a small part of guttering needed replacing, which took less than an hour, but I was still charged the full amount! I honoured it, feeling under pressure, but am very disappointed. John has not responded to my concerns.

My aim is to provide a stress free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations. I carry out all work myself and will be your single point of contact. Having good rapport with local suppliers allows me to offer great value for money to suit your budget without compromising on quality. I offer a five year guarantee as standard on all completed work.

I am available during working hours, Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours you are welcome to contact me via email or request a call back.
