  Called him Friday and said someone would be round Saturday between 9 and 10 am to give me a quote. After waiting round all morning no one showed up so called him. By this time he had forgotten how to answer his phone or reply to voice messages.

  Rang about problem with roof on Boxing Day! An assessment was carried out the next day and quote given. Two roofers arrived the next day. They were punctual and polite (appreciated tea and biscuits). The work was carried out swiftly and efficiently - a job well done.

• Replace flat roof and parts of main roof

  Shane responded promptly to my call. He took a video to explain what had to be done, and as the job was urgent he started work within a few days. As we live in an old house it turned out that there was further damage to the roof that he videoed and showed us and then repaired. The job was carried out just before Christmas and the weather was dire, but despite losing time through high winds and torrential rain, Shane and his team finished the job in time for holiday. We are very pleased with the result.
