    Went above and beyond to replace the heating element in my washing machine and ensure that I wasn’t left without a working machine for the weekend, plus sorted out the issue of the machine not fitting under my kitchen counter properly by changing a fixing bracket which really wasn’t the technician’s job at all! Courteous, friendly and tidy worker. Thank you very much.

    Zaheer provided a great service, on time, friendly and did a thorough check of the dishwasher. Unfortunately as he expected the dishwasher could not be repaired but he provided honest advice that trying to repair it with new parts would not have been cost effective anyway. I appreciated his honest advice. He explained the issue and cause of the damage in a clear way, giving advice on how to help avoid in future. He cleaned up when he was finished. I will certainly use him again.
