    Fridge temperature was too cold. Dan the engineer fitted a new insulation part due to failed damper. Excellent service, informed by text of initial booking and text of appointment time scale. Will definitely use again.

    Excellent service. Dan the fitter was a few minutes early but phoned to ask if that was alright. He took his shoes off on entering the house, although I didn't ask him to. Quickly identified the problem and rectified it. Gave me sound advice on what to do in the unlikely event that it happened again. Advised me on how to adjust the wooden face plate of the door which was part of the problem. Good stuff. Well done Dan.
