  We recently had our burglar alarm system serviced by Altech Telecom and Fire Security Group Ltd based in Tadworth. I’d like to compliment this company for the brilliant service I received from the professional engineer, who promptly arrived at the house and thoroughly checked all the connections to the alarm, and added value by explaining exactly what he had done. Also would like to thank the Altech Admin team for such a personal service from the initial booking stage. It’s a rarity these days to find a company that gives such a human personal service. I’d recommend Altech any day.

  Altech have been amazing. From first contact to attendance at home. Dan came to carry out a service on our alarm which was originally installed by Altech. He was very polite and ensured that we were happy with everything before he left. We cannot fault his contact, timeliness and professionalism and would 100% recommend this company to family and friends.

  Dan and his team carried out a service to my CCTV cameras. From the moment I booked the appointment with the lovely office staff until the moment the works had been completed I couldn’t be more impressed.   I previously had a service and monitoring agreement with another alarm company however on a couple of occasions when I had a faulty alarm I wasn’t able to get through to the company and on one occasion they didn’t turn up as promised. I was recommended Altech by a neighbour and have now switched to use them. I can’t recommend them enough. Friendly, professional customer service and can always get through to someone straight away. Would recommend!
