    DRS - always ready to help and are our No.1 call when something isn't working. At very short notice they made a space in their busy schedule to come out to repair our washing machine. The problem was quickly found and having the right spares with them were able to get the machine working again. A very reasonable callout charge and replacement parts cost. Well done,as ever!

    Tumble dryer stopped turning so called Anderson DRS on a Saturday.Came out on the Tuesday and had a look and found the issue. Ordered a new part and came out the following Tuesday. Managed to get dryer working to see me through the unpredictable British weather. Good value for parts and labour on second visit with no call out or labour charge for the first visit. Saved me a fortune on having to buy a new one. Very friendly and tells you what the issue is in simple terms,no hidden charges.
