  The work required was to replace a wooden panel next to the patio door which was rotten. Jason removed the previous panel (which was slightly tricky) and replaced it with a new panel together with painting and silicone. Work was done very well and neatly.

From the outset he was very quick to respond, great communication and managed to get a reasonable quotation followed by a booking. His work was excellent and left the place very tidy. He kept me informed and sent pictures. Tenant was very happy with the work. He also spotted a further issues which were not easily noticeable helping me save on a further cost down the line. I would definitely recommend.
